Good: The life of the battery, the headset is not of me died.
I paired with my iPhone, PS3, and the adapter and it works great.
The microphone works fine with my phone and play online with the PS3.
Remains in place, even during your ride.

Bad: The sound quality is not the best, but you get to do the job.
The iPod adapter sucks the battery when it is appropriateeven if the device is turned off.
The enveloping gets in the way sometimes, when your work out, like laying on a bench and all.
