The sound is very good. Battery life is good. The best feature is that it is against RF IR. IR headphones need "line of sight." wireless headphones can go anywhere, even in other rooms. When I watch a show I take the trash to the curb, without a word. I can go upstairs or basement, without loss of quality. The only drawback is the occasional "pop" or be very short - not enough to distract from the many other advantages.
